Always. I provide an estimated quote before any work begins so there are no surprises. If I uncover an issue during the service that requires attention, I’ll explain the situation and get your approval before continuing.

Yes. I provide a complete dealership alternative. I perform logbook servicing to the manufacturer specs and use high-quality or branded parts. Your new car warranty remains valid, as it would at a dealership, but with a more personalised service.

Every vehicle is different, but most standard logbook services take between 1.5 – 3 hours.

All I need is a relatively flat surface to park my service van and your vehicle. I’m fully self-contained with my own power, shade and tools. You don’t even need to be outside with me – many of my clients keep working or stay with their families whilst I handle the job.

I’m based in Perth, south of the river servicing the Cockburn area (Spearwood, Coogee, Bibra Lake, Hammond Park) to Kwinana, West Armadale and Vic Park. If you’re outside this area, feel free to reach out. I’m happy to travel for specialised electrical or fleet work, though a small travel fee may apply depending on the distance!

I keep things simple! I accept onsite payments via credit card, EFTPOS, bank transfer and cash. For our commercial fleet partners, we can set billing cycles or itemised invoices.
