There are a number of concerns that people have before they become customers of ours. We will try to deal with the most common ones here:

  • Yes. We give an estimated quote prior to commencing work on your vehicle. This way you’re aware of the charge you’ll be required to pay at the end.

  • Every job is different. Having said that there is a standard time window for every task under the sun whether it is a service or repairs. So while no two services take the same amount of time we can give you an estimate once we have examined your car's particular needs.

    We will always offer you an initial time estimate, and will continue to communicate with you throughout the service if anything changes.

  • Yes. We’re a complete dealership alternative, and offer a full log book service. This means keeping your new car warranty exactly as you would if your car dealership performed the service.

    The team use manufacturer parts when repairing vehicles, and always work according to factory specifications.
